Event Calendar and Third-Party Events Disclaimer

The Rave Circuit event calendar is a discovery and informational feature that helps users find electronic music, nightlife, rave, festival, club, concert, and related events.

This disclaimer applies to event listings, event pages, calendars, maps, recommendations, ticket links, venue information, artist information, festival information, and other event-related content on RaveCircuit.com.

1. Rave Circuit Is Generally Not the Event Organizer

Unless an event page expressly states that Rave Circuit is producing or operating a particular event, Rave Circuit is not the:

  • Event organizer
  • Event producer
  • Promoter
  • Venue
  • Artist
  • Performer
  • Artist manager
  • Booking agent
  • Ticket seller
  • Ticket broker
  • Box office
  • Security provider
  • Medical provider
  • Transportation provider
  • Accommodation provider
  • Food or beverage vendor
  • Event insurer
  • Employer or agent of an event organizer

The inclusion of an event in the Rave Circuit calendar does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, or other legal relationship between Rave Circuit and the event or its organizers.

2. Event Listings Are Informational

Event information may come from organizers, venues, promoters, artists, ticketing platforms, public announcements, social media, submissions, press materials, websites, or other third-party sources.

Although Rave Circuit may review, organize, edit, summarize, or update event information, we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, current, authorized, or error-free.

Event information can change without notice.

3. Always Verify Event Details

Before buying tickets, traveling, booking lodging, arranging transportation, taking time off work, or otherwise relying on an event listing, verify material details directly with the official event organizer, venue, or authorized ticketing provider.

Details that may change include:

  • Date
  • Start and end time
  • Venue
  • Address
  • Lineup
  • Headliner
  • Set times
  • Stage assignments
  • Age restrictions
  • Dress code
  • Entry requirements
  • Identification requirements
  • Accessibility information
  • Ticket availability
  • Ticket tier
  • Ticket price
  • Taxes and fees
  • Parking
  • Transportation
  • Bag policies
  • Re-entry rules
  • Weather policies
  • Health or safety requirements

4. Ticket Sales Are Controlled by Third Parties

Unless Rave Circuit expressly identifies itself as the seller of a particular ticket, all ticket purchases are transactions between you and the applicable ticketing provider, organizer, venue, promoter, reseller, or other third party.

Rave Circuit generally does not receive, process, hold, issue, deliver, transfer, authenticate, cancel, refund, replace, or rebook tickets.

If you experience a ticketing problem, you must contact the party that sold, issued, or controls the ticket.

5. Cancellations, Postponements, and Rescheduling

Rave Circuit does not control whether a third-party event:

  • Proceeds as scheduled
  • Is postponed
  • Is rescheduled
  • Changes venues
  • Changes lineups
  • Changes performers
  • Changes admission requirements
  • Reduces or expands programming
  • Ends early
  • Is interrupted
  • Is canceled

Rave Circuit is not responsible for losses resulting from a cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, lineup change, artist cancellation, weather event, public safety decision, government action, labor issue, technical issue, force majeure event, or any other change affecting a third-party event.

6. Refunds, Exchanges, Credits, and Rebooking

Rave Circuit does not establish or administer third-party refund, exchange, credit, or rebooking policies.

Rave Circuit cannot require an organizer, promoter, venue, ticketing company, or other third party to:

  • Issue a refund
  • Exchange a ticket
  • Provide a credit
  • Transfer admission
  • Rebook a customer
  • Reimburse travel
  • Reimburse lodging
  • Reimburse fees
  • Compensate a customer for an event change

Questions or disputes regarding refunds or rebooking must be directed to the applicable seller, organizer, venue, payment provider, insurer, or other responsible third party.

7. Travel, Hotels, Transportation, and Related Costs

You are responsible for your own travel and attendance decisions.

Rave Circuit is not responsible for airfare, transportation, rideshare, parking, hotels, lodging, meals, lost wages, time off, service fees, or other expenses incurred in connection with an event, including when an event changes or is canceled.

Consider the cancellation and refund terms of travel providers before making non-refundable arrangements.

8. Admission Is Not Guaranteed

Possession of a ticket or appearance of an event on Rave Circuit does not guarantee entry.

Venues and organizers may enforce age limits, identification rules, capacity restrictions, prohibited-item rules, dress codes, intoxication policies, conduct policies, security screenings, accessibility procedures, and other admission requirements.

Rave Circuit does not control venue admission decisions.

9. Event Safety

Attending concerts, festivals, clubs, nightlife events, and large gatherings involves risks.

Those risks may include crowds, loud sound, flashing lights, weather, transportation hazards, alcohol, unlawful conduct by third parties, physical contact, theft, medical emergencies, and other conditions outside Rave Circuit's control.

You are responsible for evaluating whether an event is appropriate for you and for following applicable law, venue rules, organizer instructions, and reasonable safety practices.

In an emergency, contact local emergency services or on-site event personnel.

10. Artists, Lineups, and Performance Schedules

Lineups, performers, set times, billing order, and performance schedules may change.

Rave Circuit does not guarantee that any specific artist will appear, perform for a particular length of time, perform on a particular stage, or perform at all.

11. Third-Party Ticket and Event Fraud

Rave Circuit does not guarantee the legitimacy of tickets, sellers, resale offers, event pages, or third-party websites.

Use caution when purchasing from unofficial sources.

A link or listing on Rave Circuit does not eliminate the need to verify that a ticket seller or event source is legitimate.

Some event organizers or related businesses may pay Rave Circuit for advertising, sponsorship, featured placement, enhanced listings, or affiliate referrals.

Paid placement does not transfer operational responsibility for the event to Rave Circuit.

Paid or sponsored relationships will be disclosed when appropriate under our Advertising and Sponsorship Policy.

13. No Guarantee of Accessibility

Rave Circuit may display accessibility information provided by a venue or organizer, but we do not independently guarantee accessibility features, accommodations, or compliance.

Contact the venue or organizer directly for current accessibility information and accommodation requests.

14. No Guarantee of Legality, Licensing, or Permits

Rave Circuit does not guarantee that an organizer, venue, promoter, or event has obtained every license, permit, insurance policy, authorization, inspection, or approval that may be required.

The organizer and other responsible third parties remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance.

15. No Endorsement or Affiliation

An event's inclusion in the calendar does not mean Rave Circuit endorses the event, organizer, venue, artist, promoter, ticketing company, or associated business.

Likewise, use of publicly identifying information about an event does not imply that the event or its participants endorse or are affiliated with Rave Circuit.

16. Corrections and Removal Requests

Organizers, venues, artists, and users may submit corrections through the contact method published on RaveCircuit.com.

Rave Circuit may update or remove listings at its discretion.

We do not guarantee immediate modification or removal of a listing.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rave Circuit is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from your attendance or attempted attendance at a third-party event, your reliance on third-party event information, or the acts or omissions of organizers, promoters, venues, artists, ticket sellers, vendors, attendees, or other third parties.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
